You're always in control of your family's data. Follow the steps below to permanently delete your DevelUpKids account, whether or not you still have the app installed.

Choose whichever is easiest — deleting in the app, or emailing us directly.

Coverage

What gets deleted

Removed

Your profile, child development records, screening results, progress history, activity logs, and saved preferences.

Timeframe

Deletion is completed within 30 days of a verified request.

Important

What we may retain

A small amount of information may be kept after deletion where we're required to by law or for legitimate business purposes, such as:

  • Billing and transaction records, for tax and accounting compliance
  • Records needed to resolve disputes or enforce our agreements
  • Anonymized, aggregated data that can no longer identify you or your child
